We had a very lovely stay in Regensburg old town.

The room we had included a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The staff were proactive and location was excellent and exceptionally nice.

We appreciated our stay at Altstadthotel Der Patrizier. the entire hotel was fairly clean. - the room was large and unique. - the very central location of this traditional venue was a bonus. - There was a beautiful restaurant with warm meals.

This hotel has real character, exposed beams in our rooms etc. It's quite a 'boutique-type' hotel, small intimate breakfast room etc. We were on the top floor and there was nobody else up there at all so we had it all to ourselves! Free fast internet near reception. Lovely breakfast.

Warm room and no option to open window because of noise from small side street. No TV channel in English despite the TV guide saying otherwise. We had 2 rooms and 1 of them had no hot water so a change was done. Appreciated the bottle of wine we received for our problems. Staff were great but hard to find at times, unmanned front desk etc.

We like to visit Regensburg. Everytime we try to find good place in old city. Location is excelent: small restaurants, boutiques... Fine.

Very nice hotel. Room and bathroom nice size for europe and very convenient location for historic site seeing, shopping, beer gardens and eating.

It was warm when we stayed so needed to keep the window open and it was very noisy late into the night. Sound seems to carry very far on these small streets. a fan in the room would have been nice so we could have closed the windows.

Regensburg is a quaint Bavarian altstadt with more history than one can absorb in only a day or two. My family visited our daughter who was working there over the summer and found the Altstadthotel very comfortable and well-situated in the altstadt just a few blocks away from her apartment, cathedrals and palaces nearby along with fine shops, restaurants, and brauerei.
